Collective agreement
Your collective agreement is the rules that lay out what how your workplace works, and what your rights and responsibilities are at work. It is our collective voice in the workplace.
Our bargaining team is hard at work developing a first collective agreement for our local.
We'll be reaching out to you with more information, and asking for your support, as we continue to work for a fair deal.
Bylaws and Constitution
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run. Your executive are currently working on a set of bylaws for the local and will be bringing them forward to be voted on at a membership meeting, and they will be available here then.
CUPE's constitution sets out how our national organization runs democratically. Click here to learn more about the CUPE constitution.
